How long does my product take to ship?

  • Orders placed by 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time are shipped on the same business day, provided items are in stock. Saturday delivery is available for orders placed by 4:30 PM EST on Fridays, though additional fees apply. Orders received after 4:30 PM EST on Friday—or over the weekend—will ship on the following Monday. Holiday orders will ship on the next business day.
  • If an item is out of stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery timeframe, typically between two and four weeks.Should the item become available sooner, it will be dispatched promptly, and you will be notified via email.
  • During peak periods or holiday seasons, dispatch may take longer than usual. In such cases, a sales representative will inform you accordingly.
  • Domestic Standard Delivery:3–5 working days
  • Worldwide Standard Delivery:6–8 working days

How much is the shipping cost?

  • Every diamond used by Khepri is certified under the Kimberley Process, ensuring they are conflict-free.
