RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Khepri Jewels, every piece is crafted with care and intention, and we hope your purchase brings lasting joy. Please note that all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, with the exception of items that arrive damaged.

Should you receive a piece that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kheprijewels.com. Our team will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue. We may request supporting photographs or documentation as part of our quality assurance process.

Any return authorized due to damage must be sent back in its original, unworn condition, accompanied by the original packaging and invoice. Once inspected and approved by our quality control team, a replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion.

Please note that express shipping fees are non-refundable. Customized or personalized pieces, as well as those that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration, cannot be returned under any circumstance.
