How long does my product take to ship?

All of our pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order in New York City. In stock items will usually ship within 10 business day from the date of order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for custom orders. For expedited processing, please contact us at info@kheprijewels.com

Once processed, all orders will be priority with signature required. Customers will receive a confirmation of order and tracking number. 

How much is the shipping cost?

For domestic orders, the standard priority shipping with signature confirmation (2 – 3 business days) is complimentary. For international orders, it will vary depending on the country. Please contact us at info@kheprijewels.com with your location if you are outside of the United States.

Am I responsible for customs and international duty charges?

Products shipped outside of the USA sometimes incur additional charges which is out of our control. Therefore the recipient of the items is responsible for all customs taxes and import duties required for the import and export of goods. Any additional taxes, fees or other charges required to clear the parcel through customs will also be paid in full by the recipient. Duties and taxes for international orders are usually due upon delivery.

What is your return policy?

Each piece is subject to intense inspection and quality control. Items are packed and shipped with the highest care to ensure its safe delivery. If you believe you have received an item that was damaged in transit, please contact info@kheprijewels.com within 24 hours of delivery.

All sales on our website are final unless it is a quality issue, we will gladly repair or exchange

How long is my piece under warranty?

We stand by our pieces, In the event of any damage or issue to any of our items, they are covered by a lifetime warranty. Please emailinfo@kheprijewels.com& Please include your name, contact number, description of the repair requested and a photo of the damage. We will follow up with your request within 24 hours.

Is my package insured?

All packages are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. 

How do I know my diamonds are conflict-free?
